Part of AKG's Project Studio microphone series, the P220 is cardioid condenser microphone with a large 1" diaphragm that is excellent for recording vocals, acoustic guitars, brass instruments or anything else that needs a warm and accurate sound. With its all-metal body and solid construction, the P220 is perfect for use in the studio or on the road. The P220 also features two physical switches on the front of the microphone, a -20 dB attenuation pad that allows for a max. SPL of 155 dB, and a 12dB/octave high-pass filter at 300 Hz to help keep low frequencies under control. An aluminum carrying case and a spider-style shock mount that mounts to any standard microphone stand are included with the P220. |
